The role
Own deals from term sheet to completion.
You will advise founders, family businesses and investors on DIFC, ADGM and mainland structures, shareholder agreements and acquisitions.
You will run the documents on mid-sized deals yourself, with a partner reviewing and joining for the key negotiations.
What you’ll do
Draft and negotiate shareholder, subscription and joint-venture agreements
Lead company formations and restructurings in DIFC, ADGM and mainland UAE
Run due diligence on acquisitions for owner-managed businesses
Advise clients directly, with partner review
Write one practical guide a year for our Insights page
What we look for
Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years of corporate experience
Excellent written English; Arabic is an advantage
Commercial judgement and a habit of short, clear documents
Experience in the UAE free zones or with venture-backed companies
Comfort working directly with founders and owners
